It is true that you can get ideas about these from the NOTES section visa agents/officers left on your GCMS notes, however that has to be after the time they're being reviewed. So I think if you submitted your case in January and have never ordered notes before, I strongly recommend you do so. It's a very long document (140+ pages pdf)

I dont have a PNP or LMIA. I am in US now and in FSW category. I did order GCMS once.
The notes were printed on 03-03-16 and I received the notes on last week of march. Inside the notes, R-10 was done but eligibility and criminality checks did not start yet. The notes had a due date of 03-24-16.

BOTH. To verify personal information you need UCI. and to check which file to open you need file number.

Yesterday, at 113 days since AOR, I received an email stating that my application had been updated.
On MyCIC I saw that my background check turned from not needed at this time to In Progress.
I hope it's good news

RPRF: Apr 26th (paid the same day)

Hey guys.. I mailed to NDVO for changing my visa office to London.. No response from them.. How much time they take to respond.. Or should i send a reminder mail...

Few of them from SGVO had tried changing their VO but IRCC declined their request. I do not think your request will be successful. Probably you can change the VO only after PPR.

I've been checking PPRs and most of them was Tuesdays and Fridays..
it is not a trend but it is highly possible to start the ppr rain
