We never submitted ours with the application, there was no section to upload it on. We got an email a week after our AOR and uploaded it (they had added a section on the document checklist).

I'm a little surprised that they are asking for the language results even when we have given the IELTS reference number while submitting our application. CIC can directly check that online. What about ECA? Did you get the request to submit a scanned/e-copy of the document as well?

I only got asked for the Degree certificate, but we added in the ECA anyway in the same PDF, just incase.

I was actually surprised there was no section to upload the CELPIP certificate. Haven't been asked for ECA and not sure we will be as we are CEC Inland with an LMIA job offer (we're already living in Canada under my husbands work permit, job offer is actually just a continuation of his present job)

Surely you dont have to have the results back before you submit application right? Surely for an upfront medical, as long as you do the medical before you submit, and have the paperwork and eMedical printout saying its been done, then the results can come after submission of application?

I never even considered this, and luckily several weeks have passed since I did my medical. I only submitted my application last night, so if I had done it sooner that could be an issue. I still actually haven't heard back from the doctor about my results, but it was over 4 weeks ago, and he said the results would take less than a week, so it must be done...

Few things here:

1. Medical test date determines the validity date of the landing visa [or whatever it's actually called] they give before you reach Canada and formally fill the PR form at the airport. For eg: mine was done on 9th Jan'16, so on my landing visa would now be valid until 8th Jan'17 [http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp .. from the validity section]
2. The doctor's won't give you the results unless you ask them to. I don't know the agreement in your case, but the blood reports [HIV, VDRL] were shared with us, but not the urinalysis and x-ray [although the x-ray guy told us then and there, that the reports were normal]. This also includes a general checkup which the doc must have done like your mental health, eyesight, etc. Those results are uploaded straight into e-medical server, from which, CIC takes the decision of passed/failed/more tests required

All my details are gone and the AOR is incorrect. If we fill out the form, will it update the entries or will it add a new line?
Update: It creates a new line. So now, I have 2 lines in the sheet.

after submitting all document after ITA, I received that acknowledgement of receipt (AOR), then after 2 days I got communication (pdf mentioning UCI: <uci number> asking me to submit few more details within 7 days.
They mentioned following documents:
* <UCI number> <my full name>
* Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees ...
OR
* Schedule 4A - ....

Question is:
1) regarding the first document they have asked, mentioning my UCI number, is that document the same pdf i received all the above communication ?
2) the reason I'm asking this question is, last year I had applied for FSW and got my application returned stating quota as reached. In IMM0008 returned i had the same UCI# written. hope they are not asking anything about that ??
3) regarding provincial nomination, whether any one uploaded the provincial nomination approval letter any where ?
