Honestly, read experience of so many users, looks like it depends on the officer i.e. how they see it. For many of them, it just changes from not needed to passed. Perhaps in your case, officer is just reviewing it and wanted your status to reflect most up to date position. So don't worry.

Did you check with your doctor if all was good? If doc says it is good and its A class or rated then you don't need to worry. good luck

I also submitted my app on Jan 8th and received a ghost email on 9th. Since 9th is Saturday and I am an inland applicant I believe no one has opened my application. I read some where that it is normal to receive such an email 24 hours after submission. There is a long time (about 6 month) for us to receive PPR. So relax!

Yes, this is the master spreadsheet which I have already entered my info.
I am not sure how complete this is though! There are only 57 entries!
I see in other topics that there are separate spreadsheets for each month AORers!
May we have one for January as well?!

Yes I checked with him and he said everything is OK , but my spouse (non accompanying) is pregnant so I didn't give consent for the X-ray , so I was wondering if this will hinder the processing or it will be just turned to pass as she will not accompany me
