Guys

My CRS is 917, about to get ITA in next draw ..... as reading all your post, just want to know the procedure and document that i should start arranging so that it will take less time.....
Hi honeyarya

I would suggest to start getting your PCC it may take long time depending on country. Reference letters from previous employers if you have them, as they will have to get your records. POF may take longer than assumed as not each bank has letter formats which CIC requests.
I applied to PCC before I got ITA. It took 3 weeks to obtain PCC. Other documents were ready in a week or so.

Good luck!

I submitted my e-APR application today too.

2 questions:

1. Re: medical examination, CIC website says: 'The applicant must include the immigration medical examination (IME) number in their e-APR.'

How come I did not see any where in the e-APR that asked for this information? There was only a field where I was asked to upload the information sheet obtained from the clinic (it has a UMI number and barcode), which I did.

2. Police certificate numbers and validity period
I have seen posts on this forum where people were asked to provide information about the Police certificate numbers and expiration dates. Once again, I did not see any where in the e-APR that asked for this. I just uploaded the certificates (and LOE) in the police certificate field.

Any insights?

Thanks!

That is exactly how it is.
Medicals: you need to upload the paper that you are given at clinic (the page contains the UMI and your name and date and so on).
Police Certificate: You need to upload the letter your are given by police in your country.
That's everything.

Why did I not get a section where to submit medicals and Police?
When did you receive ITA? Are you a CEC or FSW or PNP applicant?

Hi guys, I received my ITA on Jan 13th and I have collected many of my documents and hope to submit before the end of the month (and become part of this group officially)

Can someone explain the process to me? How do I get from ITA to AOR? Should all the supporting docs be ready before I submit the application on my CIC, or do you get time to do that after you receive the document checklist? At what point do we do medicals? Will they ask us, or is it preemptive? Any info regarding this confusion is most appreciated.

Thanks in advance and good luck all.

You need to do upfront medicals and submit the medical paper that doctor gives you along with other documents. So go ahead with setting an appointment with a panel physician.
All supporting documents need to be ready before you submit your application. There is an exception for PC for the countries where it takes longer than 60 days to obtain PC. In that case, you need to provide LOE stating that you need more time to prepare it.

All the best,
