Lost my patience. No update after medicals got 'passed'. BG - 'Not started'. I raised a CSE to submit the FBI clearance. Got a reply back after 3 weeks saying they have attached the document with my application (This was 2 weeks ago from this post). Ordered GCMS notes.

I have this problem in my file..
I have submitted my profile in Jan 12th. (After sinp nomination)
And now that I checked my file and realized that:
My documents which are pcc and marriage certificate are originally in Persian language. And I translated them into English. the translator just send me the original translation and a copy of the persian document with a "true certified" stamp on them.
For cic I scanned the original translated documents and the true certified copies...
And now I am worried because I heard some ppl are being rejected just because they uploaded copied from their original documents.
Do you think will I be rejected?
What do you suggest. I am so under stress....
Hi Fahimeh
Regarding your concern about PCC , I refer you to the following Paragraph:
If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator.
And Regarding your concern about POF, Logically, it`s not a problem , as during previous years when express entry had not been lunched, they accept POF of spouses as well.
BTW, why you left the whatsapp group ?

So I have to wait for which ever comes first.. either baby comes b4 PR or vice-versa..

now the other twist is if PR comes b4 baby, will they allow us to travel with 8-9 mnths pregnancy ?

You cannot inform CIC about the baby right now, you will have to do it once he/she is born.
I dont think they will have stop her from flying unless your doctor says that.
The most ideal situation is you land here before the baby is born and then she gives birth in canada.

I hope you all the best. I hope you get PR soon and you land asap.

Hi guys,

I am planning a trip to U.S this April.

Having a concern that if PPR sent during my vacation, how many days does CIC allow to send out the passport?

I have checked last October sheet, seems like the longest record is 5 days based on what people entered in the summary sheet.

Does anybody know if there is time restrict that passport has to be sent once receive PPR?

Cheers ;)

we have 30 days to send Passport

Strange, I raised a CSE in 3 Feb regarding my address change but have not received any reply from CIC. Is it a good sign or bad?

please add me up at the whatsapp groups again...my daughter accidentally deleted the app..+63 998 546 8751

Hello there,

I think I saw from one of your previous posts that you never received a request from CIC for additional documents (FBI report). It is the same with me. I was not able to provide the FBI report at the time of submitting my e-APR (Jan 20), and submitted an LOE instead. So far I have not received any request from CIC for the FBI report. I anticipate receiving my FBI report this week, and I guess I'll just submit it via CSE.

My BG is also 'Not Started'

But it IS strange, isn't it. I see that many people would get an 'Additional Document Request' from CIC a few days after their AOR which would enable them to submit the outstanding document (e.g., FBI report) via myCIC.

Why haven't we received anything?
