They ask for schedule A when u left gaps in your travel, personal or address history.
or if u answered "yes" to any of the statutory questions.you would b given an opportunity to explain it via schedule A.
i think its schedule 4 that is common to PNP.

background check changed from in progress to Not Started....

This still worries me. I've seen changes from in progress to not needed, or from not needed to not started. But from in progress to not started, I don't believe I've seen other applicants' timeline like this, and it doesn't make logical sense to me...

I don't think it is bad! Different officers are working on thousands of applications. One officer might check it to not needed, another officer may change it to not started.
