I wish you good luck, generally reopened cases get PPR soon.
if they don't find the information relevant in CSE they don't bother opening it.

There are 3 ways to do it :-
1. you provide permission to some users.
2. You change spreadsheet setting for everyone to edit. (File > Spreadsheet setting)
3. People with changed status can create new lines using the form and ask you to delete their previous line.

I tried all these
I gave permission to edit to some users who asked
And settings is everyone can edit

But still people said they can edit
If you can check guys you can edit or not please let me know

I was free for 3-4 months now i am back at work so cannot update spreadsheet frequently so if anyone wants to takeover our spreadsheet
 
Is anybody able to edit this spreadsheet?! Let me know! I don't think it is open for everybody.

Looks like the first tab alone is protected which is preventing me from editing it. I could enter details in the second tab (Jan PNPs Inland). Please remove the protection and we will be able to edit.
