Hi Everyone,

I start to worry a bit...

AOR: 10/01
Submit additional doc as requested: 12/01
Review of eligibility: in progress
Medical exams: passed
Background check is needed: not started

Since January no updates at all, any of you are in the similar case?

Thanks for your advices!
Did you request GCMS notes ?
We have almost the same stats. AOR 08/01 - BG not started at 17/01 - BG not needed at 20/04.

I dare to say that they have not started January FSW Inlands without PNP yet. If you fall in this category don't worry.

How can I request for GCMS notes? Have you done it already?

Actually you're wrong. I have a coworker that applied with me in January. FSW Inland and she got PPR last month, no pnp. Am CEC inland and submitted my application before her. Guys remember we represent only a small fraction of the Express entry pool. There are thousands of applicants that arent on this forum. Good luck to you all.

Very true. We are a small fraction. I said that because most of December FSW inlanders are still waiting for PPR. But it is very good news for all of us if they have already started January batch!
Do you know her timeline? Is her application supported by an LMIA?

I do agree we are small fraction... however there are many FSW inland applicants waiting for staus update...
And there are many factors will change the process time...

-- Number of companies previously worked
---Number of countries , person stayed more than 6 months
--- Number of dependents in the application....

Etc.... etc.... Finaly and importantly , VISA office processing the application... and the immigration officer handling the application...

However , more FSW inlanders are still waiting for status change....

I am the only applicant (Never married). Never stayed in another country other than my home country and Canada for more than 6 month! Have visited the US twice (for conference purposes) which means my BG was checked twice by them and once by Canada!
I worked in a single company. Everything looks fine in my latest GCMS notes and I still don't know what they are waiting for!!

I think they give out pprs in a batch.. Most jan applicants who recieved aors between jan 01 and jan 09 have their background check going in progress last week. Probably by the end of of this week or next week, we might see an update.

My PNP will expire on 13 June. I asked them if I should apply for extention. The answer is: "If your application is already with IRCC, you do not need to worry."

Now, can you tell me, please, what is IRCC?
