Guys just a quick quest: what are the chances that an application would still be rejected when it is already in the "background in progress" stage?! What particularly are they doing during this phase? My BG check is in IP since 3wks ago, and no PPR in sight. Just wanna be assured, how typically would it take from BG IP to PPR? Thanks!!

I guess you passed the eligibility at this stage and the only refusal reason can be due to background issue, if you dont have any - then you should be good.

Don't worry about rejection. Hardly anyone gets rejected at this stage. PPR will come late. Many rec'd it after a month.

You can't compare your timeline with others, we have December applicants receiving PPR, meanwhile a few June AORs are still waiting for the golden email. I am still waiting too, and no BG IP for me yet! Our time will come my friend, eventually we will receive our PR since we applied quite a while ago and usually applications are rejected in the early stages
