Hey, it looks you have just passed your medicals and it doesn't mean that you're eligible to get PR. Still you have background check, bank balance and if necessary they will ask for additional documents, etc. So, nothing is "guaranteed" until the final decision. But hope for the best.

Are you inland?, can you please update the sheet pls?

No problem and thanks for updating tracking sheet. Actually nobody can guess exact processing time of PR application. It's depends on various factors like application type (Fsw, CEC, PNP, LMIA) or inbound/outbound or candidates skills or depends on the processing officers & other pending cases (Tourist visa, Work permit, etc) or how easily you framed your documents or is there any additional docs required from you, etc, etc.

As you said, few of my friends also received PPR in 2 and half months and few others got their PPR in 5 or 5 and half months... Your maximum time 6 months... If you're really lucky your application will be processed faster, just pray and hope for it...

Well maximum 6 month is also not right for outland. I know some outland EE applicants who are waiting almost a year to get passport submission request.

The maximum I've seen is around 15 months.

Yes, I do have few friends they are waiting for ages to get their PPR/PR, but they applied through old process and had some issues in the applications like marriage, divorce, etc.

As I know, through the Express entry process you can get PPR in maximum 6 months or less. Otherwise we can able to contact CIC to inquire about the status of the application or you can get GCMS notes to verify the steps taken on your application, also they need provide valid reason for holding your application, if there is no valid reason definitely they will process it in next 1-2 months (this is happened in my friend case too :D ... lol :)...)...

Sadly I was talking about 15 months through EE. But yeah, mostly those applications get stuck if there are some problems with it.
For details you can check the thread http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/those-who-waiting-express-entry-in-six-months-and-not-finalized-t317706.0.html

So processing can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 15 months

Thanks for sharing the link.

This is the first time I'm hearing someone waiting for 15 months through EE... God bless him/her to get PR asap.

From reading many threads on the forum, I noticed that deviations are possible. I think you shouldn't be worried.

Are you an INLAND applicant? In general, BG in progress starts early only for inland applicants.

Thanks
