My AOR is 2nd Oct & I received RPRF request. I guess, you should also receive RPRF soon. However, what's your local VO?

Why I should get RPRF? I already paid full fee. I don't know my VO. I guess for that you have to pay 40 dollars, right?

So once medicals passed and background check turned to "in progress" we shouldn't receive any notifications for a while if everything is going smoothly (no need for additional docs or sth) and after this background check we should receive passport request, right?

typically yes, as long as review goes on fine with the application during this check, there won't be any updates...
if you have paid RPRF upfront, then you would receive PPR.

I am inland pnp cec applicant . My medical passed on 6 nov but background check is not started yet likewise other inland applicants.

Is it normal ? I am little worried as my case is pretty simple with canadian education and canadian experience. The thing is i have canadian sibling which i included in file.

Sorry, I don't know you paid RPRF upfront. So, if the VO don't need any additional document from you, Your next mail will be PPR. Best of luck bro.

Yes, it also happened to me. I applied on the 25th of October and got a ghost email 2 days later. And same, no further updates. Don't worry, there will be good news very soon!

If you are PNP/FSW Outland & don't belong to Manila/London VO, Your BG in progress will come at least 4 months after.
