Finally!! Got the golden e-mail yesterday. :D :D

In fact it was quite stressful. I received my GMCS notes yesterday and when it was saying File Approved and that the e-mail was sent in Feb, 17th. Could you imagine? I was shacking... Happy and upset at the same time.
I called IRCC and the laid confirmed that YES, I got the PR. She said that she would request the responsible area to send it again. When I asked how long it should take, she replied: 20 business days. I almost died over the phone... But What I could I do?
For my surprise the e-mail arrived yesterday and my CIC account was updated with the letter too.

Happy end! Now, I need to prepare my landing in Buffalo.

I hope everybody gets the PPR very soon.

PS: My group name and group are in blank. Only the Category shows: PV2

Congrats! such a big relief for you.
Did you have 2nd Background check?

Hopealways said:
No. My background was in progress since I had the medical passed.
Good to hear. Your profile is very similar to mine except I am BC PNP. I also do not have 2nd BG IP so far since I have passed medical. For me they also requested RCMP criminal record check on January.

Finally Got my PPR (BC EE PNP Inland, 2017/04/18 19:25 PST)

My timeline:
2016-10-10 AOR
2016-11-08 Medical Passed, BG IP(1st)
2016-11-09 Schedule A
2016-11-15 BG Not Needed
2017-01-18 BG IP(2nd)
2017-03-16 Order GCMS
2017-04-18 Got GCMS, Got PPR (GCMS latest note is made on 2017-01-17)

To be honest, I feel something is wrong with my data record in CIC system, as every time I need to try 10+ times to login the website (my wife's account is good on the same computer). I got ITA 2 months after I submited my profile,I got ITA after I informed BC PNP and CIC; my group name and group number are blank in GCMS. I even saw some guy's profile under my account (some guy from Africa)......Anyway, be patient....

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

We have landed yesterday, I thought I would share our experience.

We already live in Canada, and visited family back in Europe. We planned to do our landing at the Ottawa Office, because the time between connection flights were really tight. We arrived to Montreal and were going to Ottawa after. We decided not to mention our approved PR application, just being sure we can catch the next flight

The border officer was a really nice young man. He asked what we were doing in Canada, and pointed out, that our visas will expire in December. He asked about our future plans. That was the point, when I said we got COPR already. He was really happy (said "awesome!") , but I told him that we would like to do the landing interview later at the office in Ottawa. He said, he needs to double-check if we can do that, because usually everybody has to do landing at first entry. After a phone call he said, we are good but also asked when our next flight was leaving. We had about 70 minutes. He made an other call and said, there is only one client at immigration and he can help us to do the interview really quickly.

He closed his booth and asked us to follow him to the immigration room. He joined to his colleagues and called us after 1 minute. He asked the mandatory questions, we signed the COPRs and he gave them to a colleague who had access to the computer, and typed every detail into the system. He asked about proof of funds, and I told him we applied under CEC and we are exempt of POF. The guy said "If you are saying..." :) We were done in 5 minutes, and we could catch our flight easily. Everybody was super nice!

These two guys were so nice, we knew we were back in Canada! :) I wish the same experience to everyone!

Hi Matt, Can you please explain how you come up with those dates that you have on the signature about PPR?

Thanks

I am classified under the group "secure outstanding" (page one of GCMS notes). This group is a special one which is being investigated in terms of security screening and therefore the processing time of this group takes more than 6 months. There are numerous applicants under this group and there is a separate treat in this forum under secure outstanding. I guess this is the brief summary of the issue. If you need more information please see the other group I mentioned above, or feel free to ask me :)
I hope this helps.
Best,

Hi guys
is there anyone here whose application situation is like mine?
I am PNP-SK Applicant with AOR 15,October,2016
According to My GCMS note , My file has been transferred to Paris VO on 7,December,2016 and since that time it has not processed because there was not any note after they recieved my file in Paris.
while I passed 6 month I send them a CSE regarding the status of my application and they answered that "Nous faisons suite à votre message et vous informons que votre dossier est en cours de traitement."which says that my application is being processed.
My backgroundcheck is still "Not Applicable"
I also send a fax to csis to obtain information about my security screening and they told me that they have not recieved any request regarding my security from CIC
I really need your advice
What should I do?
