AOR in OCTOBER 2016 POOL

I wonder, in whatsapp groups, 5 to 6 OCT AOR applicants (NDVO) got BGIP but in forum a very few had reported their progress.

C'mon guys, share your happiness with us here too!

have been admin of some WhatsApp groups in the past.
I can confirm that only say 3 out of 10 people who report on WhatsApp group report back to the Forum at all.
Some cases, I had to myself update their updates report to the forum

Anyone whose BG is still not needed,mine is 22 oct aor and BG still not needed,extremely worried as upto 25th oct is in progress.

I saw that the BGC went to IP for me on Feb 20, but it was a public holiday in Canada, so maybe it changed a day or two before that.

I hear that for Ottawa VO, the BGC goes NN -> IP -> NN before PPR is issued? Is that true?
