Its quite surprising they are holding up for so long now.

Hardly any PPRs for the month of February. As per IRCC's claim, 80% of the applications are processed within 6 months.

I know there is a separate thread for BOWP but just posting here in case somebody can help me here..

Is there anybody got BOWP recently? I just wanted to check the timeline please. I applied on July 11th Online. On CIC website it says 33 days for Online application.

My WP is expiring last week of August. Little(very**) worried about that..

As you have applied before expring date, you will be fine.
You can work with your current employer on implied status.

Thanks Neo but I actually want to match how much time it takes by the recent trend. As you know it is really frustrating wait time for all waiting for PPRs but for now I am more worried about receiving the positive feedback for my BOWP.

It took me 3 hours to explain my employer that i can work.
We called CIC from there office n they confirm that I can work till decession is made.

oh okay.. I thought so.. Yeah since online is showing that they are working on files received on June 18th.. All wait wait and just wait.. irritating..

I had been calling all day today.. NO one picks up. automated IVR says we are experiencing high call volume and cannot transfer.
That causes even more frustration.

Its the first day after long weekend. They must be super swamped with the inquiry calls.

I suggest to call tomorrow early hours i.e. between 8:30 and 9 am EST. Your call will more likely be transferred.
