Guys, does anyone have an idea about how many days does CIC takes to process the CSE? I have raised an CSE 2 weeks back and I haven't received any acknowledgement yet. I called them up, since CIC receives tons of CSEs' each day, they told me it takes upto a month to process my CSE and update my file. have asked me to wait for few more weeks. Does this make sense?

One should find it towards the end of the GCMS document as part of Notes written by Analyst/Agent. It will contain a clear comment "A11.2 Assessment". If you can't find it there, then probably that assessment is till pending in your case.

Thanks for the response. I can't find it, so it is likely that the A11.2 assessment hasn't started yet. But is it normal for it to have not started even after 3 months of AOR? (My GCMS was requested 3 months after AOR)

BTW, even though your AOR was on Feb 1st, your medical was completed on 8th, so that means the "complete package" that IRCC mention to compute the 6 months processing would only start after the medical results have been uploaded by the clinic.

My AOR is 10-02-0216 and Medicals Passed on 06-05-2016 does it mean IRCC actually started working on my file after 06-05-2016? Do I need to assume my 6 months processing time from Medicals passed date?

No. It's not the day you pass the medical. In case you do your medical before your AOR date, your processing can be assumed to begin from the AOR date.

But in case you have completed your medical after your AOR date as in the above case, your processing would ideally start once IRCC receives the results on e-medical portal.

I underwent medical furtherance so it took additional 2 months in order to my medical status changed to pass

( initial medical : 30-01-2016,
AOR: 10-02-2016 ,
furtherance: 21-02-2016 &
Medical Passed: 06-05-2016)

Do you think between actual AOR & Medical passed date did IRCC worked on my file on factors like R10, Criminality checks, 11.2 etc??

6 months from date your application is complete i.e. date all required docs are received by IRCC.
