IS your back ground status " Not needed" or "In Progress" ?

You should see it go to "In Progress" tonight or by tomorrow

My bg status was "not needed" and never changed... It is "not needed.." now

It doesn't matter.. People received their PPR even in that status.. You can't exactly predict that it should change to In Progress then only you could get PPR

that is normal, it is a good sign. It means someone is working on your file

Yep, that is true.. when you notice updated in your account that means someone moved you file one step closer to PPR.. and then next day you get the email(ghost) and you dont see anything changed into your account because they might have updated the application at their end...
