And wishing the luck to all who are expected PPR(Its imminent, believe me ), December seems to be hot thread now.


My EE profile has been Closed now, details as below:
Application/profile status Closed
Review of eligibility Passed
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents Provided
Scheduling an interview
A background check is needed Complete
Final decision This application has been approved

I got the notification from VFS that "Your Processed passport" is back and I can collect it, however the VFS was about to close for the day, So will collect my passport on Monday.

I submitted my passport to VFS New Delhi(CP) on 3rd March around 3 PM, and got the email to collect my passport around 4 PM on 4th March(i.e. today), I couldn't collect my Passport today because VFS operates only till 4PM to handover passport to you, So will collect it Monday morning.

And Today morning around 9:30 AM I got an email from VFS giving me status update that my passport has been submitted to Canadian Embassy, and around 11:00 AM my profile was updated to be "Closed" in MYCIC( I guess thats the time for visa stamping)


NP regarding your questions , just a matter of few key strokes for both of us

Mine is about to expire in March 26th i think i am in deep *censored word* now , as no updated on PPR . I will apply for Bridging work permit this week . :'(

I am tryin to get a work permit support letter from bc pnp .. if i dnt get tht on time .. thn yeah .. i wud apply for bridge ...

Quick one guys, got a request to send copies of passport to the UK High commission, also to include height and eye colour for all applicants. Noticed there's no request for passport photograph and it also shows option for the documents to be uploaded to mycic. This doesn't look like a PPR is it?

I am from a visa-exempt country. Anyone with a similar request?

Congrats!!! it is ppr as i remember reading something similar that when you are from a visa exempt country you just need to upload copies of the passports.!

I hope i m not wrong though....

What does it mean by your file is in Ottawa case processing center !!

I paid rprf fees on 13th Feb as cic requested me to submit it.
Usually how many days it take from rprf fees paid to ppr?
