I received a Medical exam request after 5 months of AOR, but the strange thing is that my Medical status was already Passed and now went back to 'Review In progress'. My exam was made in August 2015, it's not expired!
Has anyone seen something like that before?

Yestarday I sent an email to CPC Ottawa with URGENT in subject because I crossed the six months and my medical is valid till June 30 2016.

Today I got this response from Ottawa:

Hello XXX,

At this time we do not need you to complete new medicals.

Thank You

At that time I was talking to an agent. He told me that everything is done, even security is passed only the medical is since December in New Dehli. Unfortunately lost the connection on my cellphone. Did not call again today.

Why is my medical in New Delhi? I'm already in Canada and I never been in India.

My previous application was refused because of the Job Offer (Permanent) but exactly the same medical was passed within 10 days.

Gonna wait for GCMS (expecting next week) and call them again. Will share my experience then.

Please guys let me know, i want to know how much maximum time CICmtake for PNP inlanders
It's my 5th month and PNP is expiring in 2 days and PCC expiring at the end of this month.

I am bc pnp.. Aor is 22 dec. nothing yet. my pnp has already expired.
I dont see anything coming.
as my eligibity is still in process. and my gcms notes show requirement not met. but no reason is specified.
my lawyer told me its not an issue, if they had to reject it. it would have been done in april itself.
i dont see my ppr coming any time soon

I got my PPR request yesterday.

I have sent mail for change of address as i moved to India. Does anyone knows how many days they take to respond to such email.

Usually around 2 weeks but you can never predict CIC congrats on your PPR!

What is wrong with your application?

1. There is an annexure with PPR inquiring eye colours and other info. should i fill the info as per my e-APR?
2. should i submit the same pics which i uploaded with my e-APR? they are 6 months older.

Medical: Medical examinations are valid for one year from the date of the examination. You must undergo a new medical examination if your visa has not been issued within one year of your medical examination date. I believe it has to be valid for one year once you apply for application.

May be they want you to re-do so that it is well covered.
