Most of those who submitted their documents on 1st and 2nd quarter of 2020 have already received an update.
I submitted mine in November 2020, no news yet.
Once they send a permanent AOR, does it come with the eligibility letter as well?

None at all. It looks like IRCC is currently working and prioritizing all applicants from 1st and 2nd quarter of 2020. But I will certainly update this thread should there be any

I wonder Haert if you also have dependents? Because ai think those who got their Permanent AOR swho are also behind us, are mostly single.
Hi there, I submitted my application January 14, 2020. Received my AOR September 20, 2020. Then I received another email last August 5, 2021 and asked to to submit UPDATED JOB OFFER AND BACKROUND DECLARATION
