AOR from CIO Sydney Missed, How to Report, Please Help.....

My application received by CIO sydney on feb,09,2010. Till date I have not received AOR. I am afraid I might have missed email. Please guide me how should I report this to CIO sydney. My DD has also encashed 5 weeks ago.
If anybody gone through the same situation please share. I am in real trouble. If they issued AOR and I have not received, I will loose my 120 days.

It usually takes 2 month for CIO to send the email saying that we recommend your case and now submit your doc to New Delhi, if they have received your file on feb 09, 2010, then they must have sent you an email. Just check your junk/spam mails, it might be lying there in the scrap.

If that not works out then, contact CIO on, FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca and explain them about not getting your AOR. Dont loose heart, it happens, take it easy, patience is the key.

canada1234, it's for the best to contact them immedialtely. as far as i know, i don't think that you can use cio's nova scotia email address, but i think you can write an email to the visa office which is responsible for your case; for example, buffalo, london, etc. money taken from your account, means ok from cio, that is why i think there has been a misunderstanding; whether you missed their email, or they missed to send you one. try to contact them as soon as possible.
