I am seeing some help from the senior or anyone who has experience this situation.
I applied previously in MAY 2012 and I was refused on JANUARY 1013 due not meeting education requirements.
I re-applied under the new CEC rule as educational requirements were not needed and only required 1 year work experience.
My question is: Under E-case when i access my information, one set of information says decision made and one says Application received...I can access it under the old file number as well..I haven't gotten the file number for my new application but can access my information using my UCI...
Does my file number stay the same? is that why they din't email me one?
I am confused, any help would be awesome..
