Called IRCC yesterday about something related to my work permit and learned that my VO is MontrealI am preparing for the slow processing

Just received portal email from etobicoke! Totally unexpected. No update at all since Bio pass. Eligibility and background are still "not started" on tracker, saw a GU on GCkey after portal email (pretty sure it isn't there this morning).

Today I saw this update on my PR tracker that my eligibility have been completed but it isn't showing on my GCkey account. Does this mean eligibility check have been completed and I have passed the eligibility check?

Finally got my RFV today! Everything changed to green on the tracker, but no changes on my GC account. Interestingly, the "updated on" thing on the tracker still says 20th of march (it must be a bug or something).
