AOR and Medical Request Email not received.

Hello all,

I applied for PR under the Provincial Nominee category last year in July. Since then I did not receive any update on my application. The e-cas updated the status to "In Process" in Dec the same year.

Last month, just for my satisfaction, I wrote an email to CPC ottawa since buffalo is closed to inquire about my status. CPC informed me that I have been sent an email dating October 2011 acknowledging the receipt of my application and requesting to go under medical assessment. They also mentioned that if I have not received the email, I should let them know so that they can send me the email once again.

I replied them stating that I have not received the email and requested the email to be sent again. Since then I have not got any response. It's been more than one month now. One can understand the frustration as all this time has just been wasted for no reason.

Note: I have no idea why the hell I did not receive the email. All CIC addresses are in my safe sender's list. I have also confirmed my email address by calling CIC call centre. The call centre agents don't help. I don't get any email/fax reply from CPC now. Where should I go now?

Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Start by applying the GCMS notes.......that will give you clear idiea where your file is at this time.....visa office usually takes over a month to respond back to your email.....
