AOR and how to view application status?

Hi! I applied to sponsor my husband in april 2022. They received my application by April 12 2022 as per the tracking details given by Canada Post. Its been almost a month and i havent received any AOR letter providing me with an application/UCI number.
I dont know what the next steps should be and how I can see what my application status is. I dont have any access to see any updates as to create an account I need an application number and I havent received one yet.

Without application number you can’t see status or create account
Wait for sometime
After submission it usually takes minimum 3-4 month
Depend on case
As there is a backlog so not sure

It took me 96 days to get an AOR. They've been sending them quicker the last few months, but there are lots of applicants who've been waiting since October/November for theirs. Patience is key.
