Aor and Bridge Open Work permit

So I am doing PR and my permit expires Nov 15th
I need my medical results and should be done Friday
However I need to apply for a bridge open work permit but heard you need an AOR letter and heard it can take a while
I heard you get an email confirmation and can you use that for the BOWP?

If through EE, AOR should be almost instant.

i did and others said it was fine/accepted
