Anyones finger print status not updated even after nearly two months?

No update after that .. BG is still in progress

Send RCMP an email chasing, I had to send several and in the end they called me to discuss, however 24hrs prior to receiving the call my status had been updated to received by IRCC. Also send them a web enquire as well.
