Anyone with problems uploading imm5710e for PGWP Extention

that is what it says after I clicked upload. I've checked it million times that I did use the latest application from the website and I did validate it, I save it into pdf in print mode using Adobe, I don't know how I could save it if not in print mode...

Any suggestions will be appreciated!
