i feel like that ndvo itself dont know what to do with mi1 cases.they are very slow with our cases. :
so i am thinking to keep this immi^ scene out of my mind.jab aana hoga aa gayege,i will lessen my visits here also.as it increase stress on my mind.

Your n mine timeline is almost similar from NOC code to Inprocess date to medical request date to submission of documents & passport to chc.
I do have dual status but no changes yet.
have u received any changes in your dual status???
have u received any call or letter or passport information from chc???
If so please update.
Till now i have seen people with dual status has not received any update who has received MR on 8 Nov & submitted doc. & passport on the month of Nov 2012 but other most of the people have already received decision made.
So worried n tensed.

2. My heart is sinking due to double status.............. Whether i should inquire via a written case inquiry? (as my previous email enquiry in July 2011 wasn't answered by CHC ND)

This seems a system error
below are the cases where it was a system error of double status as per email reply of the CHC
It may happen sometime
keep in touch of watching your status time to time and if not come to the original status in a weeks time
then drop a CSE to CHC concerned
