my status is changed to decision made and in process SHOWING BOTH as under:-
what does it mean

DECISION MADE (WITH THREE LINES)
We received your application for permanent residence on March 11, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 7, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


IN PROCESS (WITH FIVE LINES )
We received your application for permanent residence on March 11, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 7, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on May 11, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 23, 2012.

WITH OLD ADDRESS, CHANGED ADDRESS IS MISSING
( I HAD CHANGED MY ADDRESS IN THE MONTH OF MARCH LAST YEAR AND UPDATED WITH CHC )

FROM THESE TWO STATUS WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER IT

REJECTION OR SOMETHING ELSE ITS CONFUSING FOR ME!!


PLEASE ADVISE

I personally feels its an error in your case since they have already issued MR,etc.
I haven't ordered caips so i m not sure about my case.

I feel that there may be problem of handling the online date by the CHC visa officers, handling our case. As ND office was in planning of new recruitment for clearing backlog and may be this is the result of new people in the staff having problem with handing information on the website. As some people are facing problem such as unable to view online status. Some can view their status with full name instead of surname. In some cases old address is reflecting back instead of new updated earlier.
Hope this is the actual cause of problem with online status.

Rest the time will tell. Still we should hope for the best

you seem to be right as there is one changes in my address field. One spelling changed from "Road" to "Rd" and one more minor change. Seems like someone at VO did something on the address or re entered the address again.

Have you got changed your address since the date of your first application.
In my case my old address is shown at e-status.

This is an error, I along with numerous applicants faced this in November 2011 & later it was rectified by by CHC/CIC in February 2012. So you should not worry about DM status.

But this double status appeared just 3-4 days ago, otherwise only single status was there since May 2010. Thats the reason its little confusing.
