kindly confirm whats your occupation ? ... is is still listed on new NOC list? ..... CIC is rejecting application from off list professionals on minor issues ...

no one can assure you.

If u do not have any way for university transcript you may give a try ( it is a try) with the notorised copy of marks cards.

Actually, I have done graduation from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 1997, and they are not giving the transcripts by hand....I paid the fees and gave them the consultant's address, but god knows where has it gone....so what do you suggest...should again pay the fees and give them CHC New Delhi's address with file number on it ? My wife is the primary applicant and I have got her transcripts, but I am not able to get mine....

It's OK,If your wife pass mark 67 without your education.

Do you need your spouse's education points to get you over 67?

without my education the total marks are 68...but it is always risky to be marginal

Ok, your spouse is the main applicant and his/her points are 68 without your education.
68 is all you need as long as your IELTS score is strong enough. Is there any reason for you to lose any of your points?
Remember 68 is as good as 72 as long as one doesn't lose any points to go below 67.

If you cannot get the transcript, she should apply claiming the spouses points but also send a letter explaining that she cannot get the transcripts and that in fact, she doesn't need the points as she has 68 points without it. Remember, if other people from the university are getting transcript, they may expect you to as well.

If they are not giving transcript by hand, can you get an email/letter from them saying that they are not giving it by hand. Can you take a photocopy to them to verify and stamp and put inside an envelope and stamp on the outside flap after closing it? These are some suggestions.

My freind has also gone yesterday to panjab university to get the transcripts but they have not given him the transcripts. He has paid the fee Rs 1200/- and given the address of new delhi visa office. The university will send it directly to VO Delhi. Any idea as to how much time the university takes to send the transcript as my friend is still to file his application under 1122. If the transcript reach the VO Delhi earlier than his application, then, what will happen?

Seniors pls advise......

same thing happend with me...punjab university refused to give it by hand then I gave them London Visa office address and my file number and they mailed it directly to them. I attached an explanation regarding University practice and I had correspondance via emails with the transcripts section in which they have mentioned that they will send it directly to London office, i attached the print out of these emails as a support with my complete set of documents.

Good Luck...

I did not give the CHC New Delhi's office address at Punjab University. Instead, I gave them my consultant's address as they asked me to do so....but it has been a long time and they have not received it, while the university says they have dispatched it

now should I again apply at the university and give them CHC Delhi's address ?? Or should I first send my complete documents and then again apply for transcripts at university let them send directly to CHC.....I have still lot of time yet....My 120 days expire on October 2.

Give CHC Delhi address to University and from University take transcripts despatch date and number.
Attach an explanation with your set of documents regarding transcripts and mention despatch date and number you have taken from university.
