In India and USA I know that VO make inquiries and banks gives the total amount details but not complete transaction.
mostly 90% banks in India and USA allowed VO for bank balance total amount inquiries only. my personal experience. In India I have e-rupee bank account (NRI NRE) and my friend is local Branch manager since last 10years , he told me that Buffalo VO make inquiries for your balance.
