We are big family travelling to Indian with small children after a long time. airport to land is new Delhi. just to get out of travel phobia can anyone share the recent experience of airport there. it has changed become big and many new facilities. how are the immigration officers are they friendly. for stay in india will they as address proof or no. if someone has to catch domestic flight how the shuttle service works between international and domestic. I also want to know is there any known travel lodging at airport before exit where one can relax and freshen up for 3 to 4 hrs.
To buy a sim card how easy it is and which plan is most popular there. not sure if sims can be activated immediately or it takes 24 hrs and you have to spend $$ on roaming before having local sim.
