Hi, has anyone here put in a gcms notes request recently for a spouse with the name Anita? If so I have an email you may want to see, I ordered our notes, and they have messed up , looks like someone has our file and we may have theirs, Im hopeing its just a misprint in the email, but if anyone has that name, please email me

..that kinda beats the whole privacy thing :D

Is it just the name? or file # etc too?

would you believe theres a name and a file number????? makes me wonder who has my info!!

If you open the file, you will be able to see the person's email address (under Client Details). Contact them and even if they don't have your file, at least you will be able to give them theirs.

After that, delete the email. And please report this mistake to ATIP: https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/faq.do?caller=/atip/securityadvisory.do
