Nai 22 appa te ajje apply nai kitta , main jan 2013 session ch jana,college karan dya decide ajje te college appa lena 2 yrs PG diploma in business or accounts.So, i have very less choice as

hi prerna.acc to me.....work permit is equal to study time

its equal to study time if you study less then 2 yrs , moreover if you go for 2 yrs or more then that you are eligible for 3 yrs of work permit.
