Anyone still waiting on visa approval?

I applied offline, but linked my application. These are the status that I have:

My VAC application tracker results is "Your current application status is Application Received by the Visa Office - Under Consideration"

My online account is just saying Open.


Classes has already started and I'm so frustrated. I'm about to defer my place until Sept 2017, cause I don't think I'll get to reach by next week.

I was waiting until today, but today my application status updated saying - Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre. I've not got any confirmation email or sms. I read 2-3 instances online saying that if your passport gets couriered WITHOUT the approval mail/sms then it means rejection. So so so worried. Waited so long and so stressed out ... only for a rejection.

It's best if you can have your admission deferred to Winter intake.
