Anyone Received AIP for Sep Intake but deferred to Jan intake

Criminal record did they specifically ask you to submit? Also GCMS notes will have all the details on every update ? If yes I will also apply for GCMS notes. I had planned to call ircc but the number is not reachable outside Canada
