Anyone received 2nd AOR ?

I have submitted my Express entry application on July 12.

Current status is

Review of eligibility : in progress
medical : Passed
Background check : In progress

My work permit expires in September. I checked the CIC website and saw that i can apply for BOWP if i receive a 2nd AOR.
Reading through the forums i have seen not many have got the 2nd AOR.

Can i do a paper application for bridge permit using the 1st AOR ? I wanted to check if anyone has done that

You need the second AOR to submit the BOWP application. It's generally taking a few months to receive the second AOR - so it's understanding you haven't received yours yet.
