I have a very important issue now.
On April 16th, 2014, Warsaw Visa Office requested some updated documents from me. I sent them on April 27th. By the way I am from Turkey.
As I checked on Polish Post Office website with my post's tracking number, my post has not been delivered yet, which should have already been. There is something wrong with my post. I call Polish Post Office, but it is ridiculous. No one speaks English, so I can not speak to someone. This is unbelievable in the year of 2014. No customer service in English!
So, my request is, if there are Polish members in this forum, can they help me with my post, if I give them my tracking number. You will just call the post office and ask my post with the tracking number. If it is lost, I should know. Because 2 months deadline for the updated documents is ending.
