Anyone one got Biometric fee refund ( Spring / Fall 2020 - Rejection cases )

I got refusal for fall 2020 .
As per IRCC announcement They will refund biometric fees if student visa is reject and they haven't gave biometric.

Anyone of you got refund from IRCC ?
