Anyone? Medical passed(upfront) plus eligibility started at the same day?

Hello. Has anybody here who had medical updated as passed by time eligibility started and no update? Or anyonr who got bvl and ppr after it?

For my latest application: upfront medical passed, eligibility review start, BVL and PPR - all happened in less than hour (I had just checked my account and nothing updated, 40 minutes later I received email to check account and all the above took place).

My application was sitting untouched for 7 weeks prior.
