hi every body
i started using magic jack this month and it's quite usefull to all of you because there's no monthly fee just a small fee and you'll safe alot of money but i have a small problem i need ur help
i want to save/ record my calls so i can make it a proof in the later stage of my process if necessary
so how can i save my calls ?
i tried to copy but all is nt good
any help

iarblue uses it. Maybe he can help.

Hi, I use it too!

I asked this q to MagicJack's customer service rep. through online chat tool and was told call history log is not provided online. I cannot simply pull out call records online by logging into my account. One has to request call history by sending notorized request doc. by fax/email to Magicjack Cust. Service. I found it to be cumbersome!

Perhaps, you could also take "Magic Jack Software screen shots" showing call log, scroll down the list and take more screen shots! Good Luck

xyrus but how i tried my best to copy and save it to pc but no result

copy and paste screenshots to a word doc using print screen key!

Hi yes we had to print scren too to get a copy,my wife had a hard time trying just to copy and past but print screen works.

i mean i have no clue about print screen shots so more explanation will solve my problem,
one more hand and i will be out so c'mon guys more explantion please...........
and thanks tooooooooo

To print screen, use the print screen button to copy the whole screen or hold down alt and use print screen button to get only the copy of the active window. Then go to Word or Paint or some other program where you can paste the picture, save it and print it.

My Bad, use the tutorial below =)

I haven't used it but this company has a product, SkyJack Plugin, that will let you use your MagicJack as a Skype adapter. Skype does have call logging and is free or very cheap depending on the way you use it. Might be worth trying out.
