Anyone know when we were supposed to get profile number for BOWP?

I submitted my application for BOWP by paper three months ago and I never get update for profile number.
I am getting worried about it.
Is this normal or something went wrong?
I have attempted to contact IRCC for a few times but in vain.
Please please anyone can share your experience with me?
