Singapore's pretty small and chill but it all depends on why you want to go there. I've had friends go there on exchange and they loved it. Not sure if they would enjoy it as much if it were a lengthy program.

came from a holiday from there. the weather can be a bummer, hot and humid with intermittent rains. a good place for a short vacation otherwise you will get bored out of your mind quickly
