Anyone inland, FSW ITA, non-LMIA, below minimum fund and got PPR?

Hi,

Is there any inland applicant who
- got invited under FSW,
- with a non-LMIA job
- showed amount of money BELOW the minimum threshold, e.g., 12000$ for single applicant?
AND received PPR?

Please leave a message here. There are many of us really curious to see if this is the case. Specially if you also met requirement for CEC as well and got invited under FSW.
