Anyone here from Ontario get their one year EE experience via linecook/cook jobs?

Hello, I graduated from my college in April, and have been working full time as a line cook ever since (NOC B). I just had a few questions:

1. I was wondering if anyone else has experience with getting their PR working as a line cook? How did it go?

2. Also, should I apply for EE once I fully do 12 months of full time work, or should I apply a few months in advance? Because I've heard that the processing times are pretty long.

Thank you in advance!

bump. Anything in the cooking field works too! Just a little curious if anyone else has been in the same shoes as me.
