I am a working as a Technical Architect(NOC 2173) and I have applied for New Brunswick Open category on May 21.I received an email from them like this :-

* If you received this message your EOI will be processed. Does not this mean, HOWEVER, That You Will Be Invited to apply.

I want to know if I stand a chance to get selected or not..Anyone with this NOC who got selected by New Brunswick in the past or at present, please, give an answer to my queries.
