Anyone got visa in 2nd attempt??

As my visa rejected for pgd in HRM(Thompson rivers uni) for May13 intake.

Now i am appling 2nd time. I got my Offer letter from University of Windsor for M.Engg(M.E) Jan14 intake. I need a idea for good sop.

what are my chances to get visa in 2nd attempt

My profile is:-
10th 54%
12th 46%
Diploma(mech.engg) 58%
B.tech (M.E) 65% (India)
PG Certificate(International Business) from U.K 45%
IELTS 6.5 (L-7,R-6.5,W-6.5,S-6)

Was refused under SPP in may
Funds shown around 52000 CAD
No loan No GIC only bank statements and Parents ITR
