Anyone got SPP Visa (approved/refused) for Sep 2013 intake from New Delhi?

what are the study permit options..how many years course should i take so that i would be eligible for work permit..

daer i just want to ask u that.. even if ur university is closed ...are ur marksheets valid.. did u get verification call...or something..?

no verification call nothing, As long as the Uni is UGC registered you don't need to worry at all about your degree.

I don't think they will call to uni, normally they call to college where you studied.

buddy i gotta call...and specifically they were asking bout my university.. i also clarified them that the controversy is for phd students not all degree but they said that all the degrees are invalid...i also clarified them that.. universities is ugc recognized..and we r regulrs.. then she didnt comment on anything.. but i dont know what is the decision is going on.. i dont know who gave them wrng info.. or they are too dumb to understnd that.. but our future is in dark.. we cant even apply for different country untill n unless they give me some result.. but i am consulting a lawyer n if he says... everything is fine then i dont think that chc should have any problem...i dontt know..buddy.. m confused

aarti,its all done coz of that governor's statement, and the media used it for their trps and destroying us. ugc never said that the degrees are fake or invalid,still cmj is listed in the private university's section on the website of ugc.

ya angie but people are getting jobs and admissions in top universities and company in mumbai..then what is there problem..n ugc didnt officially blacklisted our university.. even if they have prob they can confirm with the ugc n let us know..is that to hard to that for students future... n in the past they have given visa to cmj students ...so give us results asap..so that we could take some decisions.. my lawyer said ur all the marksheets r genuine and u can file a case...m just waiting for september 12 2013 supreme court hearing..then i will take decision..

i am waiting for the same aarti,u know what,my friends who applied to other countries like UK and malaysia are also waiting for their visa.
Thats what i dont understand that when ugc didnt declare anything then why are these ppl assuming things on their own stating that the degree is invalid,i guess ugc is the highest authority but guess they are just taking governor's word which is not justified,his actions should also be questioned but no one bothers.its only we that are suffering.
yes my consultant also said the same thing that students who had passed out from cmj where granted visa earlier but after this controversy thing everything is a mess.i just wish they use their brains.
i hope we all get the visa.
