Anyone got SPP Visa (approved/refused) for Sep 2013 intake from New Delhi?

hey dea harpreet dont loose hope.. u r under non spp which takes time so dnt worry.. n top of tht every case is different for visa guys so dnt compare ur condition with anyone.. remeber every great things take time to happen.. chill sis dnt worry u will get it for sure..

ya ...just dont have patience anymore...thnx to built my strength....lets c on monday now....as 3 days holiday is coming...

even my elder sister had applied on 17th jul under general category, shes still waitin. applied from nashik .

lets c bcos dis is her only chance , i am really tensed for hr////////////////

yeah man .... my thread has now more than 200+ comments and viewed more than 10000 times .... but my file in CHC is not being viewed even once .....

pata nahin who kar kya rahe hain ... jab college ne admission de diya aur maine fees bhar dee toh inko kya aafat aa rahi hai visa dene mein?

batao zara poore ek saal ka living expense advance mein chahiye .... GIC $10000 ka syaapa bhi poora kar diya

upar se medical exam bhi karwaya .... result fully fit the Gabru jawaan munda!

bachpan se angrezi padhi phir bhi IELTS ..... ye lo 7.5 ka score

police clearance certificate .... ji all ok.

All documents notarized ......

Now not as tensed as I was in June and July for the visa ...... all I want is the result and get it over with ... Just need my passport back and will go for a holiday.

Brother I can understand what you are feeling as I am in the same boat. Applied on 22nd May at Chandigarh Consulate.

Read your post on someone' s thread that in case embassy doesn't respond till 23rd Aug, you will withdraw application and will get refund for all the money that you have paid..

But to get the money back the condition is "[size=10pt]Visa should be refused[/size]". As there is a condition to attach the refusal letter to get the fees and GIC and all back.

So it will not be followed if we withdraw the application. Right?

So how you will do that?

Refund is no issues as already spoke to the college and Scotia Bank.

bro .... have you contacted the Embassy or VFS? .... if yes by what means and how many times? Whats the responses been from them.

Oh that's great.. May be colleges and universities have their own refund policies.

I dropped 3 emails ... No response on those

Visited twice.. .. They just asked to wait.

Sent a letter through VFS.... Got no response.

AT LAST I got a letter from them about the issues with my medicals Dated 24th July, but I rcvd that on 1 Aug.

I had already done all the tests that they asked me to undergo through their panel physician...

Doctors agreed that the tests are fine and no need to conduct again.. So they forwarded the reports to Delhi CIC Health branch.. 11 days are over now! They have not responded..

95 percent of visa application has been processed. Just stuck wid the medical clearance..

Can you please let me know the refund policy of your college/University and scotia bank..

And what procedure you followed that they admitted to refund all amount..
