anyone got rejection after status change to IN PROCESS

hi i had sent my full app to ND on 8th july AOR is of 15th july RPRF is encashed on 21st july. then on 5th nov i recd a telephonic enquiry & then on 10th nov my status changed to IN process stating that they had started d processing on 5th nov i.e. the day of telephonic enquiry
i had applied under 0111 & 1111.

wat kind of inquiry was that on telephone..as i have never heared cic calling directly to the applicant..could you share what was the reason they called you.

Was your Ecas status In Process or Rec by Visa office before the call and if it was Rec by Visa office then did it changed to In Process after the callLW said:
it was like gathering or tallying some information on the duties undertaken by me. the firm in which i am working is a small scale fully automated manufacturing concern in which only 10 to 15 people r there. & it is owned by my brother. he looks for market work, & i deal with d accounts & other finacial matters. i am not d partner but employed there. thats y IO called up me first but when i was unable to take d call she called on my brothers mobile & asked abt me & my another contact number. But after 2 hrs she called up again & enquired from me abt d make over of the firm & what is manufactured in how it is manufactured etc but stress was on my main duties

It is possible that, Officer smelt something fishy, becoz you are working in a family concern. whetehr you received any medicals or pp or rprf request till date or not...
that could well be the reason. may be they r running checks on ur "FACTUAL" position in the firm. may be u and ur brother have made some contradictory statements. did u ask ur bro about what they asked him about u? may be they put same qus to u and ur answer was diff?

no they only ask abt me that if she can talk to me but my brother told her that he is in market & i would be available in office. she said okay & called up me immidiatly. she didnt asked anything else from him. but if they have schduled an interview then they should have sent intimation. as one & half month is gone. & if she is not satisfied then i think status would not b in process Rather it shold b vis off review complete or decision made

Ramneek this is very important to let us know. What was your status before the verification call, was it Rec by visa office or In Process.ramneek said:

it was RECD by visa off- on the day of telephonic enquiry i.e. on 5th nov & on 1oth nov tuesday it changed to IN PROCESS
one more thing- i had also worked with a CA as an accountant for 5 years after that 2 yrs as financial mgr in my brother s firm. so i applied under both nocs 0111 & 1111
